These lists come from Billboard magazine and Charlie's 80s Attic Radio Station. Before starting to work on this blog I had no idea what the Hot Crossover 30 is. It seems it's airplay on radio stations combining Top 40, Dance and Urban Music.This chart was from April 1st, 1989.

I have never heard of these first four songs, at least to my recollection. This song is pretty forgettable, a not very special late 80s dance song. 30) Will To Power "Fading Away":
