(Finished February 21st, 2026) Part 1 of The Greatest Albums of All-Time In Alphabetical Order
Hello,
This is the first of I don't know how blogs featuring the greatest albums of all-time. These are studio CDs, Broadway and movie soundtracks and anything else in that vein. I won't be including greatest hits or live CDs except for in an unusual situation. So far the only unusual situation I can think of is Bob Marley and the Wailers "Legend".
For most CDs I'll include every song. But for some CDs I'll not included spoken word or very brief tracks.
The first AC/DC album with Brian Johnson on vocals after the death of Bon Scott. "Back In Black" was released on November 5th, 1980.

(Finished February 15th, 2026) Part 3 of My Top 51 Most Played Songs of the 70s On My iTunes
Hello,
These are my 17 most played 70s songs. That's except for "What Is And What Should Never Be" from the "BBC Sessions". The show was recorded in the early 70s, but it wasn't released until 1997. Other than the Dolly Parton song, most of these songs are rock songs. I'm surprised my most played Disco song isn't until number 19. The 70s were such a rich amd amazing time for music.
Again these aren't my favorite 70s songs, they're the most played 70s songs on my iTunes.
17) Led Zeppelin "Fool In The Rain":
16) Foreigner "Double Vision":
From "How The West Was Won" 15) Led Zeppelin "Immigrant Song":
From "BBC Sessions" 14) Led Zeppelin "What Is And What Should Never Be":
13) ELO "Last Train To London":
12) Boston "Peace of Mind":

If you've never heard this song before, prepare to have your heart broken. 9) Dolly Parton "Me and Little Andy":

Hello,
R.E.M. was Bill Berry, Mike Mills, Peter Buck and Michael Stipe. They sold over 90 million CDs in their career, which ran from 1980-2011. R.E.M. is one of those bands that say they'll never reunite. For a lot of bands I don't believe that. However for R.E.M. I very much believe that. Thanks gentleman for many great years of music.

(Finished February 6th, 2026) Part 6 of The Top 100ish Pop Punk Songs
Hello,
I'm posting the greatest Pop Punk songs of all-time. We'll see how that goes, it ended up not going far enough. I will make the time to post as many of the best Pop Punk songs ever. What is Pop Punk? It's a genre of music that joins both the best of pop and punk in the same song. In other words its poppy songs that rock. At least that's my definition. People are going to disagree with my definition of Pop Punk and that's perfectly fine. Either enjoy this blog, make your own blog or do both.
I'm a long time fan of Pop Punk music.
86) Meet Me @ The Altar "Wake Up":
87) Rooney "Sorry Sorry":

(Finished February 2nd, 2026) Part 6 of Fun and Joyous Songs of the 80s
Hello,
When I'm just watching TV, watching a show set in space in the 23rd century I don't think I'm about to hear a song from the 80s. That would be the 1980s. Out of nowhere comes Wham!'s "Wake Me Up Before You Go Go". But sure enough there it was and I was reminded of the universality of 80s music. Even when I try I can't escape it. Here are some great and fun songs from the 80s.
This show was Season 3, episode 2 "Wedding Bell Blues" and I hate to say how boring that episode was. Also the end of the episode suggested what the next episode would be about. I have no desire to see that episode. I've pretty much given up on that show.
There are so few sci-fi shows that are great. So far I've been enjoying the bizarre "Pluribus". It's bizarre in a very entertaining way though. I also have been enjoying "Welcome To Derry". I need a good show to watch with about 50 episodes I can just watch without spending time looking for something to watch.
86) Yes "It Can Happen":
87) ABC "Vanity Kills":
88) Traveling Wilburys "End of The Line":
What a talented and beautiful woman. 89) Belinda Carlisle "Leave A Light On":
90) The Cars "Since You're Gone":
91) The Pet Shop Boys "West End Girls":
92) Debbie Gibson "Electric Blue":
93) Paul McCartney "Spies Like Us":
94) The Steve Miller Band "Abracadabra":
95) Q Feel "Dancing In Heaven (Orbital Be-Bop)":
96) Motley Crue "Live Wire":
97) Def Leppard "Excitable":
98) The Psychedelic Furs "Love My Way":
99) Billy Joel "Sleeping With The Television On":
100) Michael Jackson "Girlfriend":

Hello,
These are songs about places and locations, even if the title has nothing to do with the place mentioned. Real places, literary places and fantasy places.
If you're wondering, yes I'm still completing a lot of old blogs.
