(Finished June 1st, 2025) Part 2 of The Best Duets of the 1970s

Hello,

I'm surprised there are so many great duets from the 70s. I had to do a lot of work just to get enough songs for two blogs. Admittedly on some of these songs I'm stretching the definition of what a duet is.

18) George Jones and Tammy Wynette "Golden Ring":

19) Meat Loaf and Aspen Miller "Paradise By The Dashboard Light":

20) Seals and Crofts "Diamond Girl":

21) Earth, Wind and Fire and The Emotions  "Boogie Wonderland":

22) Roberta Flack and Donny Hathaway "Where Is The Love":

23) England Dan and John Ford Coley "We'll Never Have To Say Goodbye Again":

24) Seals and Crofts "We May Never Pass This Way Again":

25) The Carpenters "Rainy Days and Mondays":

26) Hall and Oates "Sara Smile":

Not technically a duet, but I'm only learning now that someone else, Carolyn Willis, sang on this song with them. 27) Seals and Crofts featuring Carolyn Willis "Get Closer":

28) Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson here with The Highwaymen. "Mama's Don't Let Their Babies Grow Up To Be Cowboys":

29) England Dan and John Ford Coley "Love Is The Answer":

30) Hall and Oates "She's Gone":

31) The Kendalls "Heaven Is Just A Sin Away":

32) Peaches and Herb "I Pledge My Love To You":

33) Deniece Williams and Johnny Mathis "Too Much, Too Little, Too Late":

34) KC and Teri Desario "Yes, I'm Ready":
