(Finished December 11th, 2019) The Glory of Falling In Love, Part 5: Songs 73-93

Hello,

I'm continuing a series of blogs that I started writing in . I know I have a lot of unfinished blogs out there. With some extra time this weekend I was hoping to finish a few. Which in this case I completely failed I instead came up with a new blog in a continuing series.

The best love songs of U2:

73) "The Sweetest Thing":

74) "In A Little While":

75) "One":

76) "All I Want Is You":

77) "When Love Comes To Town":

78) "With or Without You":

79) "Mysterious Ways":

80) "Trip Through Your Wires":

The best love songs of Whitney Houston:

She was incredibly beautiful and incredibly talented, but lost her way at way too young of an age. I truly love the music of Whitney Houston, but I hated most of her live performances. You could tell she got bored singing the same songs over and over again. She liked to change up the melodies and other things, thus many of her live performances weren't very good. That's why there's no live videos of her.
81) "All At Once":

82) "I Have Nothing":

You definitely should love yourself as well as the next generations. 83) "The Greatest Love of All":

84) "Where You Are":

85) "Someone For Me":

86) "You're Still My Man":

87) "I Wanna Dance With Somebody":

88) "How Will I Know":

89) "I Believe In You and Me":

90) "Run To You":

Almost an anti-love song. 91) "You Give Good Love":

One of Whitney's best songs and the sadness about great love not fully realized.
92) "Didn't We Almost Have It All":

I know you're still in love with me and "that you still care for me". 93) "Where Do Broken Hearts Go"?:

(Finished December 25th, 2019) Inspired By Grace From A Dallas Courtroom, Songs About Goodbye, Part 1

Hello,

I'm feeling a bit tender today about this amazing scene:

There are moments that the words don’t reach
There is a grace too powerful to name
We push away what we can never understand
We push away the unimaginable

They are standing in the garden
Alexander by Eliza’s side
She takes his hand

[ELIZA]
It’s quiet uptown

[COMPANY (EXCEPT HAMILTON AND ELIZA)]
Forgiveness. Can you imagine?
Forgiveness. Can you imagine?

The above lyrics are this song, from the amazing musical "Alexander Hamilton".
1) "It's Quiet Uptown":

2) Simple Minds "Don't You (Forget About Me)":

3) U2 "Who's Going To Ride Your Wild Horses":

4) Supertramp "Goodbye Stranger":

5) Sarah McLachlan "I Will Remember You":

6) Elton John "Candle In The Wind":

7) Elton John featuring special guest Billy Joel "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road":

8) Chicago "If You Leave Me Now":

9) Skeeter Davis "End of The World":

10) Semisonic "Closing Time":

Not quite at goodbye, but on the way to goodbye.
11) Neil Diamond and Barbara Striesand "You Don't Bring Me Flowers":

12) Supertramp "Goodbye My Friend":

13) Crosby, Stills and Nash "Just A Song Before I Go":

14) Boz Scaggs "It's Over":

(Started October 2nd) Getting To Know Tyler Bryant and the Shakedown

Hello,

I found out last night that Tyler Bryant and the Shakedown will be the opening act for Guns N' Roses when they visit October 29th, 2019. This is a band I know very little about, but I like to be familiar with the music of any band I go see in concert. Bob Seger's opening act was a band called The Wild Feathers and they were very good. I'm hoping for the same from Tyler Bryant and the Shakedown. This isn't a be all and end all of Tyler Bryant and the Shakedown, this is just an introduction for me and you.

1) "On To The Next":

2) "Aftershock"
3) "Shackles":
4) "Say A Prayer":

5) "Backfire":

6) "Ride":

7) "Lipstick Wonder Woman":

8) "The Wayside":

9) "Devil's Keep":

The old Blues classic. 10) "Mojo Workin'":

11) "Ramblin' Bones":

12) "Heartland":

13) "Loaded Dice and Buried Money";

14) "Shock and Awe":
