While driving around the last couple of days I've been listening to Metallica's solid 10th CD "Hardwired...To Self-Destruct". This is a very good CD, I would give it a solid 8.5. This CD is going back to the classic long songs of days of yore. One thing about Metallica, they always come to rock your world. Two of the CDs have new material on them, the third CD is a collection of new and old live tracks, the previously released song "Lords of Summer" and some other goodies. These are the best ten songs from these 3 CDs. And yes Metallica is upcoming in my Top 106 Greatest 80's bands eventually.
Currently Metallica is singer James Hetfield, guitarist Kirk Hemmett, bassist Robert Trujillo and drummer Lars Ulrich.
