Kobra and the Lotus is one of my favorite new rock bands that I've stumbled across. Yes as I like to say there are a lot of great bands out there, you just have to search for them. So yes Kobra and the Lotus are literally a band I stumbled across. This blog will highlight their two most recent CDs 2017's "Prevail 1" and 2018's "Prevail 2" and their 2015 EP "Words of the Prophets".
The current members of Kobra and the Lotus:

- Jasio Kulakowski - lead/rhythm guitar (2012-present)
- Ronny Gutierrez - guitar (2018-present)
- Brad Kennedy - bass guitar (2013-present)
- Lord Marcus Lee - drums (2014-present)
On August 28th, 2015 Kobra and the Lotus released "Words of The Prophets". These are covers of five classic songs from the 70s and 80s. Originally they're all great songs but also this band does great covers of them.
