These are songs that no one should ever try and cover, how can you improve these classics? I know that many songs below have had covers made of them. A tip of the hat to those that are brave enough to do that. Saying that though these are songs that NO ONE should ever attempt to cover. Now if you want to do a faithful cover that's one thing. But to try and improve on these songs? No, just no.

Prince wrote this song followed by Sinead O'Connor's eloquent cover in 1990. Then Prince covered Sinead O'Connor's version of the song he wrote. However his version pales in comparison to Sinead's version. 18) Sinead O'Connor "Nothing Compares 2 U":

Just the right amount of goofiness and rock and roll pedigree to pull off this harshly thought of song. Not sure why this song has been so hated by so many people. It's just a fun pop song that's night trying to be any more than what it is. 27) Starship "We Built This City":

The right amount of heartbreak and brutal life experience to sing this song so well. Also we can't forget that great powerful voice and persona of Miss Turner. 30) Tina Turner "What's Love Got To Do With It":
