New Orleans 31, Indy 17

Hello,

What a great game. That was easily one of the best Super Bowls I've ever seen. Great defense, two great quarterbacks, gutsy play calling, clutch plays and very tense throughout. Obviously the two biggest plays are the onside kick by New Orleans at the start of the second half. Not only did that prevent Indy and Payton Manning from getting the ball, New Orleans drove down the field and scored a touchdown to take a 13-10 lead. The other big play is when Tracey Porter intercepted the ball and returned it to the house. That made the score 31-17 with about 3 minutes in the game.

The Colts then drove down the field with Manning hooking up with former BYU player Austin Collie for a big play. They got within the five yard line but could not score.

That results in New Orleans 31, Indy 17. The Saints are a 42 year old franchise who had never been to the Super Bowl and now they won the first Super Bowl they went to. Drew Brees, with a Super Bowl record tying 32 completions, won the game MVP.

What a great game!

Now I'll return to being a Dallas Cowboys fan. Sean Payton used to be an assistant coach at Dallas. The Saints ended up with him and Dallas ended up with Wade Phillips as head coach. That's a sign of very bad karma. That sucks! Jerry Jones it's not too late to fire Wade Phillips. It would be great to see the Cowboys win the Super Bowl in their home stadium as Dallas is hosting the next Super Bowl. However Dallas won't do it with Wade Phillips as head coach.

I also did like the Who halftime show, I was pleasantly surprised. They did a good job and kicked some butt especially on "Won't Get Fooled Again". That's one of the greatest songs of all-time, especially the scream.

Other than a couple of Bud and Doritos commercials, the commercials were lame. Although in the godaddy.com commercials, they had the gorgeous Danica Patrick in them. I also like the Megan Fox commercial as well.
