(Finished May 17th, 2022) Part 1 of The 102 Best Songs of the 2000s

Hello,

The way I'm doing this is I'm going to post the Top 100 greatest 2000s songs in order of the way I thought of them. Once I hit 100 songs I will go and look at the 100 listed songs and see if there are any other songs that the 101st song might be better than. If so I will replace the previously listed song. That way I can stay at 100 songs and have truly the 100 greatest 2000s songs of all-time. This isn't a ranking by best songs, that's just too much work. As best as I can these are the 100 greatest 2000s songs.

I will also post other great 80s songs by each band listed. As all of these artists are so much more than one of the 100 greatest songs of the 2000s. Yeah I'm going to try and do all the decades from the 1950s to now, some decades will be harder/easier than others. Again not all of these songs will still be around in the final edition of this decade's Top 100 Best Songs. Let's see how these songs compare in terms of YouTube views.

Only slightly over 2.6 million YouTube views. 1) SR-71 "Right Now":

This video must have only been recently added, it only had 52,700 YouTube views. 2) Dido "Hunter":

Almost 138 million YouTube views. 3) Blink-182 "Adam's Song":

164 million YouTube views. 4) Papa Roach "Last Resort":

Also 63.7 million YouTube views. 5) Macy Gray "I Try":

294.5 million YouTube views, honestly I was expecting more. 6) 'NSync "Bye Bye Bye":

I'm very surprised this has almost 4 million YouTube views, I guess great songs find their own audience. This whole CD is great. 7) Mark Knopfler and James Taylor "Sailing To Philadelphia":

Just shy of 50 million YouTube views. 8) A Perfect Circle "Judith":

Only 27,000 YouTube views. 9) Poe "Not A Virgin":

Just shy of 1.5 million YouTube views. 10) Sinead O'Connor "No Man's Woman":

Just slightly over 1.3 million YouTube views. 11) U2 "Kite":

I was not expecting this, over 245 million YouTube views. 12) Alien Ant Farm "Smooth Criminal":

15.6 million YouTube views. 13) John Mayer "No Such Thing":

630 million YouTube views. 14) Shakira "Whenever, Wherever":

157 million YouTube views. 15) Disturbed "Down With The Sickness":

Almost 161 million YouTube views. 16) Drowning Pool "Bodies":

Only a bit over 2.5 million YouTube views. 17) Band of Skulls "I Know What I Am":
