themusicaddict's Top 106 Greatest 80's Bands #34, Thompson Twins: Their Best 80's Era Songs Part 1: 44-35 (Finished July 4th, 2017)

Hello,

I have 62 Thompson Twins songs on my iTunes. For the Thompson Twins I considered all eight of their original CDs, from 1981's "A Product of... (Participation)" to 1991's "Queer". After listening to all eight of their CDs and the few non-album singles they released forty-nine of those songs qualified for countdown blogs, however that's way too many songs for countdown blogs. Thus I reduced the number of songs down to forty-four songs. I believe this is the most songs that qualified for these countdown blogs. Queen also had 40+ 80's era songs that I counted down.

44) "Could Be Her... Could Be You":

43) "Rock This Boat":

From Live Aid, featuring the funk master Nile Rodgers and the amazing Madonna. This is why Live Aid was so fun, all these amazing collaborations. 42) "Revolution":

41) "Big Trash":

40) "Sister of Mercy":

39) "Wild":

When this is your thirty-eighth best song, you've had a fantastic career. 38) "Queen of the U.S.A.":

37) "Gold Fever" (no video has been made for this song)

36) "Another Fantasy":

35) "Who Can Stop The Rain":
