(Finished April 14th, 2021) Part 3 of The Best of Soul/ R&B/ Funk - Non Motown Songs, Songs 35-51

Hello,

There were a lot of great soul/ r & b/ funk songs by artists working their butt off for Motown. But there was also a lot of those songs by artists not working their butts off for Motown. Currently I'm in the midst of counting down the best of Motown's classic. On this series of blogs I would like to focus on those songs that weren't Motown classics. I'm not confining these songs to any timeframe.

If any Motown songs show up in these non-Motown blogs I sorta apologize. But it's hard to go wrong with a Motown song.
