What do these things have in common? "How fragile we are", "Free Nelson Mandela", "Born In The USA" and "The average age was 19". Yes, these were some of the messages of the 80s. It was a time of political activism and messaging, large concerts trying to make real change in the world. Some of these large concerts were Live Aid, Farm Aid, concerts for Amnesty International and various political causes.
Not all the messages below are serious, although most of them are, I tried to include some fun messages as well. A few songs from the 90s have slipped through.
