(Finished December 18th, 2022) Part 2 of The Most Revelatory Debut CDs Ever: Boston and Meat Loaf

Hello,

These are the most revelatory, eye opening, heart stopping and what would I do without these CDs CDs. They cover most genres, rock, pop, alternative, funk, soul and pop. Some bands had these kind of CDs, but they came later in their careers. I'm thinking of Prince's "Purple Rain", Def Leppard's "Hysteria" and Michael Jackson's "Thriller". But I want to highlight the breakout debut CDs, some of these CDs had more impact than others. I'm sure "Led Zeppelin 1" would be included here, but I was only 2 when it was released. Obviously I can't attest for it's pop culture influence.

Never mind I have changed my mind I am going to include Led Zeppelin self-titled and The Doors "The Doors". The Doors debut CD was born the same year I was, 1967. Interestingly The Doors also released the very good "Strange Days" in 1967- musicians were a lot more prolific back in the day. I may or may not be posting the original tracks.

Sadly many of the live videos for Boston on YouTube are poor in quality, so mostly the original tracks for this band. Boston "Boston" (1976):

31) "More Than A Feeling":

I know these aren't the easiest songs to sing, but they couldn't find a better singer. And I can't believe how average the sound quality for most Boston live videos. 32) "Peace of Mind":

See how much more powerful this studio version is, the live version should be better. "Peace of Mind" (Studio Version):

33) "Foreplay/ Long Time":

34) "Rock & Roll Band":

35) "Smokin":

36) "Hitch A Ride":

37) "Something About You":

38) "Let Me Take You Home Tonight":

Meat Loaf's "Bat Out of Hell" (1977):

39) "Bat Out of Hell":

40) "You Took The Words Right Out of My Mouth (Hot Summer Night)":

41) "Heaven Can Wait":

42) "All Revved Up and No Place To Go":

43) "Two Out of Three Ain't Bad":

44)featuring Aspen Miller, rocking that Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders gear "Paradise By the Dashboard Light":

45) "For Crying Out Loud":
