themusicaddict's Great Goodbye Songs, Part 2

Hello,

This is great leaving songs, Part 2. Songs about leaving and saying goodbye. Sometimes the leaving is permanent and sometimes it's only temporary, but either way it's usually sad. But not all goodbyes are sad or bad and sometimes can be joyful.

But of course sometimes "Staying's Worse Than Leaving", so says Sunny Sweeney:

Pearl Jam "Leaving Here":

Country Music's patron saints of goodbyes and leavings, Rascal Flatts "What Hurts The Most":

"Here Comes Goodbye":

Quite simply one of my all-time favorite songs. Also from Rascal Flatts, for those that are left behind there's always a space left behind, "These Days":

Paul Simon's "Fifty Ways To Leave Your Lover":

A fun twist on the pain of goodbye. Train "50 Ways To Say Goodbye":

Blackhawk's "Goodbye Says It All":

Semisonic's "Closing Time":

N Sync's "Bye Bye Bye" (Alexander Chung's Choreography):

Now the original:

SheDaisy's "Little Goodbyes":

No surprise that the gloomy Pink Floyd has songs about goodbyes, isn't that pretty much one of the themes of "The Wall"? "Goodbye Blue Skies":

The Beatles "Hello Goodbye":

Yes' "Leave It":

I prefer Billy Ocean's cover of The Beatles "Long and Winding Road":
