Hello,
I started working on this blog on March 25th, 2021 and I finished it on May 29th, 2021.
A Laura Branigan YouTube video about singers who died too long inspired this blog. Laura Branigan was my favorite of the musicians listed. These are musicians that died way too young and some of their best songs, whether hits or not. I tried to go with lesser known singers for the most part, but I was also in the mood for some of The Doors.
What do Richie Valens, Buddy Holly, John Bonham, Selena, Prince, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Jim Morrison all have in common? They all died way too long. What have we missed out by not having these legends living a normal life span. B.J. Thomas, the singer of, "Raindrops Keep On Falling On My Head" died today. R.I.P. legends.

Hello,
It's finally the best time of the year. It's Spring, the weather is getting warmer without getting hot. It's March Madness and MLB Spring Training. The three weeks of March Madness is the best sporting event each year. This blog goes out to the Cinderellas. That includes Oral Roberts (on to the Sweet 16), the Rutger Scarlet Knights- who has overcome a bad situation. Also the remarkable Loyola Chicago and Sister Jean. They are the first team to knock off a #1 seed on their way to the Sweet Sixteen also. There's also North Texas-who fought with all they have tonight- and the 14th seeded Ohio and great guard Jason Preston. He had 13 rebounds- as a guard?-, 8 assists and steady leadership. And of course we can't forget Abilene Christian, what a clutch final two seconds of the game for them. I love March Madness!!

Hello,
I have switched locations where I work and my new location is probably twice as busy as the previous location. The first song on this list describes my day today so well. That song was the Bangles "Manic Monday", thankfully things calmed down as the week went on.
Hello,
These songs are in no particular order, basically when I thought of them/discovered them etc. As I always say there's a lot of great rock music out there you just have to look for it. This is meant to help the looking easier. Thanks to YouTube Music, Facebook's New Wave of Classic Rock group and anywhere else great rock music can be discovered. I'm focusing on songs from 2020 and 2021, but if songs from other years slip through I'l not be apologizing. Any rock song is eligible, but I'm mostly focusing on New Wave of Classic Rock songs and bands.
52) Ryder's Creed "Meant To Be":
54) Old 97s "Happy Hour":
55) Old 97s "Diamonds On Neptune":
