(Started September 20th, 2019) The Best of Female Country Singers in 1975

Hello,

This series of blogs is inspired by Carrie Underwood covering the songs of Tammy Wynette, Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, Dolly Parton, The Judds, Shania Twain and others. Ironically I'm started in 1970, where the majority of the top songs were sung by men. Even many of the songs sung by women were in a duet- yes with another man. There weren't any duets or trios like Maddie and Tae or Runaway June breaking big then. I tried my best, but some songs were listed in multiple years on various lists I was researching. I apologize for any mistakes, all blame goes to me.

1) Linda Ronstadt "When Will I Be Loved":

2) Tanya Tucker "Lizzie and the Rainman":

3) Olivia Newton-John "Have You Never Been Mellow":

4) Olivia Newton-John "Please Mr. Please":
5) Loretta Lynn "The Pill":

6) "Love Is A Rose":
7) Barbi Benton "Brass Buckles":

8) "You're No Good":
9) "The Bargain Store":
10) "Heat Wave":
11) "Blanket On The Ground
12) Tanya Tucker "San Antonio Stroll":
13) "Don't Believe My Heart Can Handle Another You":
14) "If I Could Only Win Your Love":
15) Barbi Benton "Movie Magazine Stars In Her Eyes":
