Dwayne Wade is the MAN!, "The Killing" was a disaster

Hello,

Before I get to the NBA Finals, will someone please tell Carlos Zambrano to shut the hell up? First of all how is your teammates hating you going to help the team? Also Carlos have you done enough to criticize your teammates? This Carlos reminds me of another over rated Carlos, the one that sits out the 4th quarter in the biggest game of the Bulls season. At 5-2, with a 3.98 ERA, he's had an okay season. He needs to be better to criticize his teammates. Although I would never advocate criticizing one's teammates, I think the downside is way too much than any upside.

You can put the fork in Dallas, they are done. With Miami grabbing Game 3, the historical precedent heavily favors the Heat. Again Dwayne Wade was the man, I'm starting to think he's the best player in the NBA. He put the Heat on his back last night. He lead and willed them to the victory. He scored 29 points on 12-21 shooting, many of those baskets came in clutch time. Wade also had 11 rebounds, 3 assists and the very big block on Jason Terry. Also in crunch time, I want him to have the ball in his hands. He makes better decisions, is more tenacious and is better at running a team than is LeBron James.

It seems James many past failures has got into his head. In the fourth quarter he's tentative and indecisive. He had two turnovers in last night's 4th quarter and was holding the ball when the 24 second clock was ran out on another play. I know this is a radical thought, but maybe don't play James in the 4th quarter. He also seems unwilling to take the big shot or nearly any shot for that matter. (Although to be fair, it seemed the only Heat player willing to take the big shots were Bosh and Wade.) This is LeBron James stat line in the 3 4th quarters of the NBA Finals so far: 9 points on 3 of 11 shooting. (Thanks to espn.com) That's pathetic. I know there's a lot of pressure on you LeBron, but you need to man up. This is your chance to shut up all the haters. You got to get that killer instinct like the man DWade.

If it wasn't for a complete meltdown in Game 2, the story line of this NBA Finals today is wondering if this is going to be a sweep. Miami has dominated this series and should be leading this series 3-0. When Miami was melting down, Dallas was also marvelous in their 22-5 run.

I think Dallas will get at least one win at home forcing this series to go back to Miami for Game 6. At that point I predict that Miami closes out the series. I also am waiting for Miami to get at least one blowout victory in this series.

Once Miami's victory was final, I excitedly went to the DVR to watch episode 11 of "The Killing". That episode was a complete disaster. Again the name of the show is "The Killing". Unfortunately the focus of last night's episode almost went completely away from that. Do you know why the name of the show is "The Killing"? That's so that people will watch and get invested in it. The name of the show isn't "Linden and Holder hang out in a police car smoking a lot of cigarettes". That's because no one would watch that show. Seriously last night's episode should have been called "Smoking".

When the 13 year old boy was found dead, I was sort of hoping that was Jack. I know that's mean, but this show already had too many stray plots. Now this episode added a stray plot about Sarah's ex-husband and Jack's Dad, now in the 11th episode he shows up? Why? Also we find out Reggie was Sarah's social worker. Yawn. I hope the final two episodes focus almost exclusively on Rosie Larsen's murder. Please no more out of left field stray plots. Please wrap up the lame and boring Richmond campaign story line asap, unless someone there is directly involved in the murder.

This was just a bad, bad episode that really halted any momentum that the show had going for it. Thank goodness we didn't have to see anyone from the boring Richmond campaign or from the Larsen family, other than Rosie on the ATM cameras. Is Rosie the only interesting member of the Larsen family?

A few episodes ago I was hoping this show would be granted a second season, now at this point I'm not so sure. Maybe the final two episodes can salvage the potential of this show?
