Can we go back to the 80's please? Back to when the hottest rappers were The Beastie Boys and Run-D.M.C. Back to when Molly Ringwald was a superstar. Back to when Paulina Porzikova, Christie Brinkley, Kathy Ireland were the cover girls for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. (Although Bar Rafeili would have fit right in that era.)
"Mischief" was one of the funniest movies of the 80's. Along with other such teen movie classics "Pretty In Pink" and "Sixteen Candles". (R.I.P. John Hughes!)
Back to when ugly guys like Ric Ocasek could end up with Paulina Porzikova and Billy Joel could end up with Christie Brinkley. (Isn't "Uptown Girls" the cheesiest video ever?) Back to when Kathy Ireland played the kicker on a football team, the most unbelievable casting possibly ever.
Back to when Cindy Crawford was the most gorgeous woman on the planet and it wasn't even close. That's why she deserves two pictures.
Kelly Preston deserves two pictures as well. I had the biggest crush on her back in the day. Lucky man John Travolta. Also it was good to see Kelly Preston again a couple of years ago in "Medium". She's still looking amazing!
Jami Gertz one of the more under appreciated babes of the 80's. Where did she go?
Elisabeth Shue, the gorgeous babe from "Adventures in Babysitting" and many other movies.
Belinda Carlisle a great band, a great voice and once she left the Go Go's she really started looking amazing.
With the holidaze just ending, I have not had much time. I had a few minutes today. I hope you enjoy some of these 80's memories. themusicaddict
