Hello,
Next year is obviously the 20th anniversary of 2002. The most exciting thing for me about 2002 was the Winter Olympics here in Salt Lake City. I was able to go to a lot of the events and concerts surrounding that and that was an amazing two weeks of my life.
Other things that happened that year, including many things related to 9/11, included the invasion of Afghanistan. Almost 20 years later we are there and I don't know that any thing has been resolved. There was a Men's World Cup in Japan and South Korea- to no one's surprise the United States didn't win. Also a total solar eclipse and Presidential elections here in the United States.
