(Finished June 26th, 2021) The Best of Billboard's #2 Songs, Part 2

Hello,

Whoever knew how many songs had peaked at #2, it's a lot. For about 90% of these songs it's so very sad that they didn't break into the #1 position. But not every song, no matter how great, can reach #1. Reaching #2 is quite an accomplishment.

18) Gnarls Barkley "Crazy":

19) Elvis Presley "Can't Help Falling In Love":

20) Lady Gaga "Bad Romance":

21) The Ronettes "Be My Baby":

22) Janet Jackson "Rhythm Nation":

23) Carly Simon "Nobody Does It Better":

24) Gerry Rafferty "Baker Street":

25) En Vogue "My Lovin' (You're Never Gonna Get It)":

26) Linda Ronstadt "When Will I Be Loved":

27) Ellie Goulding "Lights":

28) Foreigner "Waiting For A Girl Like You":

This song was kept out of the #1 spot by Huey Lewis and the News' "Jacob's Ladder". Although this song only peaked at #2, it still is one of the greatest songs of all-time. 29) Linda Ronstadt and James Ingram "Somewhere Out There":

30) Sheryl Crow "All I Wanna Do":

31) Madonna "Causing A Commotion":

32) Leann Rimes "How Do I Live":

33) Cathy Dennis "Touch Me (All Night Long)":

34) The Everly Brothers "Bird Dog":
