Mila Kunis, 101.9 continues it's hot streak

Hello,

Last night I watched "Forgetting Sarah Marshall", it's an okay movie. Although that movie is definitely an argument against male nudity. For those of you who wonder why there isn't more male nudity in movies today, watch this movie and you'll see why. The female body is just so much more attractive.

However this movie features two of the most gorgeous women currently working, especially the ravishing Mila Kunis. I've seen her in previous movies, but didn't really notice her. Of course it's hard to notice any women in "The Book of Eli". Anyway add Mila Kunis to my list of gorgeous women the world should be thankful for.

Here's Mila:

Mila, along with another musicaddict favarite Natalie Portman, are in the upcoming movie "Black Swan". This movie looks like it might be good, but even more it looks like it's going to be incredibly intense and bizarre:

101.9 is playing more great obscure songs, here's another one. Before I put it here, I first have to let you know this was the best youtube video I could copy and paste. Also I probably shouldn't even like this song and the video is so cheesy 80's. Everything about this video is cheesy and I mean everything. This video is so bad, it's almost a self parody. Also I think Dino is officially the whitest person ever. But I really like this song and the bass kicks butt on a good sounding stereo. This song overcomes all the obstacles it faced.

Here's another amazing song I heard on 101.9 today. This song is called "Cantaloop (Flip Fantasia) by US3. Listen how much is going on this song and it doesn't overwhelm the song. We have the hip hop edge, horns of some kind and a bit of a jazz feeling. Even though I listened to so many songs in the 80's and 90's, I love that this radio station can still surprise me. I don't even remember the Dino song and I only vaguely remember the following song. However I had long ago forgotten "Cantaloop (Flip Fantasia)":

Here's also one of the most amazing songs from that era, Natalie Merchant's "Wonder":

Just one more thing 101.9, please no more Dashboard Confessional. There's a reason they've fallen out of the public eye.

Sports updates: Dan Gilbert you are starting to look very pathetic. He's the Cleveland Cavaliers owner who cannot let LeBron James. He's like one of those guys who holds on to an ex-girlfriend or ex-wife for too long. (Dan, speaking from experience that's not a path you want to go on. LeBron is never going to come back to you. The more you whine about it, the more pathetic you look, it's time to let go. Now!) The best thing you can do is to get a team together that will beat whatever team he's on.

The following is from espn.go.com, via yahoo sports, "Yahoo! Sports reported on Wednesday that Gilbert has paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to a Midwestern law firm to investigate suspicions that the Heat broke NBA tampering rules while pursuing James, who left the Cavs after seven seasons to join fellow stars Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade in Miami." The bold is mine.

Seriously hundreds of thousands dollars, couldn't have that money gone to a million better places? Maybe help people keep their homes, maybe give the people of Cleveland the chance to go see the Cavs at a much reduced price, perhaps provide a great Christmas to the poor of your city. Gilbert your pathetic, give it up. Right now you are closing in on level of lameness of Jerry Jones and Dan Snyder. Why can't more owners be like actual human beings.

There are only two NBA games tonight, kicking off at 8:00 EST Miami and LeBron return to Cleveland. There will be a lot of passion and probably at least somewhat a feeling of danger. It will be interesting to see how this crowd, who previously adored LeBron, acts with him playing for another team now. Cleveland Cav fans I know you are pissed off, but please remain calm. Boo him all you want, but please don't be threatening in any way. I understand you have a lot of anger, but after all this is only sports.

I will be cheering that Cleveland wins and the crowd boos, but that everybody remains calm. Although with some of the things that Gilbert is doing is stupid, I think he's doing the right thing by having more security people work tonight. There will probably be at least a few trouble makers, it's best to nip any trouble in the bud. Also the Heat's plane had a "wing flap" issue flying into Cleveland. I think all the drama that LeBron has created has set up karma to go against him. I wonder what LeBron is thinking and feeling now.

Then at 10:30 EST Phoenix will play Golden State in what will probably feel very anti climactic.

Speaking of pathetic, the NCAA has ruled that Cam Newton is still eligible to play in this week's SEC Championship game. I was going to rant and rave about this, but this article by Gene Wojciecowski says it better:

http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/columns/story?columnist=wojciechowski_gene&id=5872192&sportCat=ncf

The stupidity of the NCAA and BCS strikes again. Yes I know those two are completely different organizations allegedly but do you really think that's the case? I'm just hoping karma comes through this weekend. I don't get how the NCAA can rule in favor of Cam Newton. Do you really think he didn't know anything about this? Really?

Two more other notes: Last night the Grammy nominations were announced. Yawn!! Also Kara Disregardia is going to be writing a memoir, um why? Seriously is anyone really going to be interested in that? Kara please just go away, your 15 minutes is deservedly over. Do you want to be like Dan Gilbert and hold on to something too long?
